Access Email Activity Log

You can review a log of all of the system emails sent to a specific client within a specified date range from the Email Activity Log screen. The screen logs automatic client communications as well as canned and custom emails sent from the Send Emails screen available from the Client Activity page.

This screen provides a powerful tool to help you to streamline client communications. It displays a tabular listing of the emails sent from the system to a specified client, and enables to you to track and monitor all communications sent to the selected client from a single screen.

Using this screen, you can ensure that each of your clients has been advised of required actions, such as pending bills to approve, in a timely fashion, verify that clients have received up-to-date and important information, such as information about closed periods and closed years, and track client notifications of new services and offers from your firm.  

To access and review email activity:

1.  Select Email Activity Log from the Client Center menu to open the Email Activity Log screen.

2.  Select the target client whose emails you want to review from the Client drop-down list.

The active client is selected by default, but you can specify any client you have activated on the system.

3.  Use the From and To fields to specify a date range for the emails you want to review.

The table displays the selected emails for you to review. Columns identify the Client Name, Email Code, and Email Subject, and the Date Sent, and the Sent By column lists the name of the staff member who sent the email.
