You can review a list of all of the estimates that have been created from the Estimates List.
From this screen, you can review information about estimates and open an existing estimate for review or deletion or to convert it to an invoice.
To review the Estimates List:
1. Select Invoice from the Sales menu to open the Customer Invoice screen.
2. Click the Estimate button to open the Customer Estimates screen, and select an estimate from the Recent Estimates drop-down list.
You must open an existing estimate to access the Estimates List.
3. Click the List button to open the Estimates List.
The Estimates List displays a table of all estimates you created.
4. Use the Customer drop-down list to specify a customer and review estimates only for that customer.
By default, the table displays estimates for all customers.
5. Specify a date range in the From and To fields to view estimates created during a specific period.
6. Select the type of estimates to view in the Select Type field.
You can view All estimates, only Unapplied estimates, or only estimates that have been Applied.
7. Click View to filter the list based on the criteria you specified.
The table displays the estimates that match your criteria.
8. (Optional) Click any column heading to sort the table in ascending order by that column, and click again to sort in descending order.
The table displays the Customer Name, the Reference number for the estimate, the Date the estimate was created, the Amount, and indicates whether the estimate has been Applied to an Invoice.
9. Click the number in the Reference column for an estimate to open the estimate in the Customer Estimate screen for editing, deletion, or to convert the estimate to an invoice.
Note: You cannot edit the entries directly in the table.
10. Click Add to open the Customer Estimate screen to create a new estimate.
