Dashboard Preferences

The panels that appear on the Financial Dashboard and the Client Accounting Services Dashboard depend on the preferences you set up. Use the Dashboard>Preferences screen to configure the specific panels that appear on a client's Dashboards and on your own view.

All of the available panels for each Dashboard are listed on the Preferences screen.

Customizing the Dashboards

To customize the Dashboards:

  1.  Click the checkboxes for the panels you want to display, selecting the Accountant checkboxes for the items you want to display in your view, and the Client checkboxes for the items you want the current client to see when they access the Dashboard.

    Note: If you select the Expense Pie Graph on the Financial Dashboard, specify whether to group the expenses by accounts or classes.

  2. Click Save to save your changes and apply them to the Dashboards for yourself and your client.
