Bill Management

Use the Bill Management module to handle all aspects of vendor invoicing enabling you to use the system to offer bill-paying service to your clients. Enter bills received from vendors, create purchase orders and credit memos, approve bills, and pay them sending digital or printed checks directly from the system, or email the checks to your client.

You or your clients can upload scanned images of bills and enter the bills into the system with this information. The images are attached to the bills to keep for your records. And, you can open them in a separate window for your reference.

Review a recent list of vendor bills entered into the system including uploaded bills, or view a more comprehensive bill list including payment status. Track bill payments sent to vendors. View a list of all invoices paid to any vendor, and drill down to the originating invoice or check.
