You can use the Bill Management>Upload Bills screen to upload images of bills, creating the bills in the system and attaching the images to these bills for your records. You can also use the images to refer to while entering additional billing details as needed.
Select Expenses>Bill Management from the main menu, and click the Upload Bills tab.
Click Browse to select a file, and enter the vendor, amount for the bill, and bill date. You can also enter a reference number if you want.
Note: When you browse your files, you can select one bill or multiple bills to upload at the same time. Enter the vendor, amount, and date for each bill.
Click Save when you finish entering file details.
For each file, a bill is created with the uploaded document as an attachment. Uploaded bills and attachments appear on the Enter Bills screen.
